The house is suitable for families with children, but please note that there may be steep internal stairs (or external stairs for the upstairs apartment). The garden is fully fenced, ideal for safe outdoor play. However, we recommend the constant presence of an adult.

Yes, both units are equipped with pellet stoves, which are fully functional and suitable for heating the entire apartment even in the coldest months. Pellets are provided upon arrival and included in the cost of your stay in the winter.
